Riyadh – Mubasher: Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development Company announced on Sunday that its board of directors has approved the resignation of CEO Omar bin Sami Samara.

The resignation was attributed to personal reasons, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday.

The company’s Managing Director, Sami Bin Abdul Mohsin Bin Abdulaziz Al Hokair, has been appointed as acting CEO until 29 February, when the board is expecting to appoint a new CEO.
